Composer’s note
This is the second piece in the Intermezzo series for piano. Composed during a very late night, november 8, 2019 in Cortona, Italy. This was my arrival night in Cortona for a two week stay in FST’s (Society of Swedish Composers) apartment. A strange and intense feeling of solitude came upon me. Hence the title of this piece. Here in a follow up version for flute and electronics.
