Composer’s note
This is the third piece in the Intermezzo series originally written for piano. It is a follow up to Intermezzo #2 but this time in a major key, and hence the title, it’s reminiscent of the previous piece. To me it also reminds me of the piano music that is so common these days, the one in the gray zone between classical and pop music. Just like with Intermezzo #2 I also wrote a version for flute and piano and this version for flute and electronics.
