Composer’s note
I was asked if I could write a new piece for the Mission Church choir in Södertälje, Sweden. This is the same church where I grew up, and in fact where I got a lot of my musical training. In fact, I even sang in this very choir for several years. My intention was to write a rather simple and short piece. Music that would suit an amateur choir and fit various occasions.
