What kind of data do we collect?

We collect data when a person signs up to our email list. We usually collect a person’s email address, first name, and occasionally their last name. We also collect information using cookies when you visit our webpage, including the IP-address and other digital identities if they are in relation to the individual. We typically do not collect any other sensitive private information, such as religious preferences, race or anything else.

Why do we store your private data?

According to the law, we can only save your personal information if we got legal grounds to do so. A few examples of this are as follows.

• We store your e-mail address because we need to be able to send you news about upcoming concerts, new scores, books, courses or other relevant information that we provide.
• You have given us permission to store your e-mail address or other personal data.
• To fulfill any legal agreement between you and forslundmusic UÜ.

For how long do we store your personal data?

We store your data for as long as it is needed. In our opinion, email list cleaning should be done regularly to keep the list clean and active. We aim at doing this every 3-6 months. What this means is that if you are inactive over the course of 3-6 months (you haven’t opened any of our emails), we will delete your email address and any other related personal data from our database. If we store your personal data in any other software, we will delete it from that platform as well when doing the list cleaning.

Where do we store your personal data?

It is stored within the EU/EES but can also be stored elsewhere. It will always be stored according to current laws and regulations.

What are your rights?

You can, at any given time, message us and ask to have all your personal data, or parts of it, removed immediately, from any or all platforms and storage facilities.
